Leading multiple engineering teams, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development and operation of the Trading Platform, ensuring system reliability and quality while adapting to changing business needs in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the area by proactively identifying and addressing problems without waiting for direction
- Develop team members through coaching, performance management, and maintaining high standards
- Plan and adapt team priorities in collaboration with Product and business stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of people or technical leadership experience in hiring and developing engineers
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including work with production systems
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups
- Hands-on expertise in .NET/C# and distributed systems
- Working knowledge of AWS and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
