Job Summary
Leading a cross-functional team of four to seven engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will drive execution, own team delivery and processes, and coach engineers in agentic workflows while collaborating closely with product management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing feedback and supporting career growth
- Own project delivery by planning, removing blockers, and representing the team in meetings
- Coach the team on agentic workflows and ensure high-quality releases through data-driven insights
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineers with direct reporting responsibilities
- 5+ years of hands-on professional software development experience
- Proven daily use of AI coding agents and experience in driving adoption of agentic workflows
- Demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end team delivery and raising quality standards
- Experience collaborating closely with product management on priorities and trade-offs
