Job Summary
To scale the impact of the Integrations team, the remote Engineering Manager will lead the delivery of third-party integrations and platform capabilities, create reusable playbooks, and mentor engineers while fostering a collaborative team culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of third-party integrations and platform capabilities from prioritization through launch and ongoing operation
- Create reusable playbooks, technical patterns, and processes to streamline future integration launches
- Mentor and coach engineers, promoting technical growth and aligning their development with team and company objectives
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing software engineers, including performance feedback and team culture development
- Experience leading integrations, API/developer platforms, or marketplace teams
- Proven record of shipping and operating third-party integrations while managing partner dependencies
- Strong people leadership skills, including coaching for growth and addressing performance issues
- Preferred experience with Node.js, React, Flow, GraphQL, Postgres, and AWS
