- Prior experience managing a team responsible for data-intensive mission-critical infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to hire, grow, and shape a high-performance engineering team
- Technical proficiency to review designs and ship code alongside the team
- Experience using AI to enhance design, coding, and collaboration processes
