Job Summary
Leading the Admin Experience engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee backend development to enhance user administration capabilities for NodeZero customers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow the Admin Experience engineering team while establishing clear goals and priorities
- Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap for user access and account management features
- Guide technical direction for backend services and ensure a balance between feature delivery and production support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience leading software engineers in delivering production backend services or SaaS platform capabilities
- Strong technical background in backend architecture, APIs, and data modeling
- Experience with identity and access control systems or comparable administration capabilities
- Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing engineering talent
