Job Summary
Leading the engineering team in a full-time remote capacity, the Engineering Manager will oversee project delivery, manage and mentor engineers, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful customer implementations and product development.

Required qualifications
- 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven experience delivering complex projects involving external stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript/Node.js, capable of code review and debugging
- Strong judgment in prioritization and scope management
- Experience with LLM-based or conversational AI products
