Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will oversee the integration of insurance client product data, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to align engineering priorities with business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Guide technical solution design and architecture while reviewing and supporting execution

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a relevant IT discipline
- 3+ years of leadership experience in IT, with a focus on customer relationship management or portfolio strategy
- Core technical skills in Java, API development, RESTful APIs, and Kafka
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to execute large projects
