Job Summary
To lead a team of engineering leads and senior engineers in building a pharmacy automation platform, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will own delivery, manage team growth, and ensure effective processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage engineering leads and senior engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations
- Own delivery for the domain, including commitments, milestones, dependencies, and risk management
- Partner with Product and customer-facing teams to align priorities and capacity
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Experience owning delivery for a domain with realistic commitments and risk tracking
- Technical judgment to participate in design reviews and guide teams through trade-offs
- Proven experience in hiring, coaching, and growing engineers
- Strong collaboration skills with Product and other engineering leaders
