- Typically 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years managing engineers
- Experience shipping AI, ML, or LLM-powered products to production, with hands-on expertise in TypeScript, Python, and AI-assisted tools
- A proven track record of hiring effectively and growing teams
- A data-driven approach to team management and product evaluation
- Comfort leading across multiple reporting lines and strong written communication skills with executives
