Job Summary
Leading a talented team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager AI will oversee the development of AI/ML systems for payment routing optimization and authorization rate improvement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of AI/ML and platform engineers, focusing on hiring and performance development
- Guide architecture decisions for ML model lifecycle work and oversee inference services to meet latency and reliability requirements
- Translate product vision into a technical roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align priorities and feedback
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering, with 2-3+ years in a management role leading engineers
