Job Summary
To shape and execute the technical direction of the Dev AI team's infrastructure and products, the full-time Engineering Manager, AI will manage a remote team, driving the development of AI tools that enhance developer productivity across the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Help shape and drive the AI for Developers strategy, collaborating with senior engineers on architecture and product direction
- Stay updated on AI tooling advancements, balancing innovation with measurable developer impact
- Serve as a coach and consultant, empowering teams to adopt and leverage new AI capabilities in their workflows
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a full-time manager
- Experience supporting and coaching Staff+ and Senior engineers
- Prior experience building developer infrastructure and tooling at scale
- Experience applying AI technologies to real-world software development challenges
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
