Job Summary
Leading a senior Cloud Engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager, Cloud will manage operational health, guide technical priorities, and deliver a multi-quarter infrastructure insourcing program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Cloud Engineering team, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Own the operational health of the cloud infrastructure, including incident response and disaster recovery
- Launch and deliver a multi-quarter infrastructure insourcing program, managing dependencies and communicating milestones
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing an infrastructure, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering team
- Demonstrated ownership of incident response and service-level objectives for critical production systems
- Experience leading a multi-quarter infrastructure migration or insourcing program
- Technical fluency with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Experience maintaining team engagement and performance during leadership transitions
