Job Summary
Leading a diverse team of engineers, the remote Engineering Manager, Dashboards will oversee the development of AI-powered data visualization features, manage the team's roadmap, and ensure timely project delivery while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers, promoting a culture of ownership and technical excellence
- Own the roadmap creation and prioritization for the Dashboards team in collaboration with Product and Design
- Drive the delivery of projects from scoping to launch, balancing quality, speed, and technical debt
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience managing medium to large engineering teams
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and roadmap creation
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered product features
- Familiarity with Databricks or similar modern data platforms
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
