Job Summary

Leading a high-performance team, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager - Data will oversee technical solution design, software development, and engineering standards while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the design and execution of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Coach and develop engineering talent through regular feedback and career planning
• Collaborate across teams to define product strategies and integrate technology solutions effectively

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a specific IT discipline
• 3+ years of leadership experience in IT, particularly in customer relationship management or portfolio strategy
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidiscipline teams and execute large projects
• Proven experience in communicating effectively with stakeholders to develop solutions for complex business challenges
