Leading a team focused on user-mode security architecture for Windows, the full-time Engineering Manager, Endpoint Security will own the team's roadmap and delivery, ensuring high standards in design, code quality, and testing while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow engineers across the US and the EU, fostering a culture of ownership and independence
- Own the team's roadmap and delivery from design through release, guiding cross-platform feature development
- Set the bar for engineering quality through design reviews, code reviews, and performance strategies
Required qualifications
- Experience as an Engineering Manager leading a distributed team to ship major features and releases
- Track record of shipping systems-level software at scale, with hands-on systems programming experience
- Solid OS internals knowledge, preferably on Windows, with experience in C/C++ or similar low-level languages
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
- Experience driving alignment across teams and organizations
