Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

Job Summary

Leading the Device Trust Platform team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, Infrastructure will oversee the development and reliability of critical data systems, ensuring high availability and operational excellence while managing and mentoring a team of senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the reliability and resiliency of Device Trust applications, defining and maintaining SLOs and incident response protocols
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers, facilitating their career development and fostering a culture of ownership and trust
• Drive technical direction and architecture evolution for data ingestion and processing systems to support scalability and reliability

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, with a focus on mentoring senior and staff engineers
• Strong background in infrastructure for high-volume data systems, including ingestion pipelines and operational tooling
• Hands-on experience with multi-region systems, incident response, and production observability
• Proven ability to lead hybrid teams across infrastructure and application engineering
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
