Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager, Machine Learning will oversee the development of perception and machine learning capabilities for autonomous systems, ensuring effective execution of projects in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team focused on perception, machine learning, and sensor fusion
• Own team planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery against the Perception & ML roadmap
• Establish clear goals and hold engineers accountable for results while fostering a culture of technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience in perception, machine learning, or related fields
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience in a highly technical environment
• Strong technical understanding of modern perception systems and experience with real-world deployment
• Demonstrated ability to manage engineering priorities and technical roadmaps across multiple initiatives
