Job Summary

Leading three highly technical teams, the full-time Engineering Manager, Machine Learning will oversee machine learning systems, ensuring reliable transitions from research to production while managing departmental operations and fostering team growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the engineering department, analyzing workflows and establishing priorities
• Manage machine learning system architecture, model deployment, and data platform design
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical priorities with business and clinical needs

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing machine learning engineering teams
• Expertise in machine learning model lifecycle management and data pipeline development
• Strong background in applied machine learning, particularly in computer vision and forecasting
• Experience with system architecture and deployment in production environments
