Job Summary

Leading a senior team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager, Machine Learning will drive career development, shape product roadmaps, and evaluate technical work in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a senior team, focusing on career development and workload balancing
• Collaborate with Product Management and Decision Science to define metrics and success criteria for marketplace tests
• Design and deploy machine-learning pipelines while monitoring model performance for speed and accuracy

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced software development environment
• 2+ years of experience as a software engineering leader
• Proven experience in machine learning management or as a Senior/Staff Data Scientist transitioning into management
• Deep experience with ML algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with Java/Scala
