Engineering Manager, Offensive Security

Job Summary

Leading a team of elite offensive engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager, Offensive Security will oversee the development and execution of internal attack strategies for NodeZero's core capabilities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team focused on internal network attacks, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals
• Define the team's strategy and roadmap for internal and Active Directory attack coverage, adapting to modern, hardened environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback and threat intelligence into prioritized development efforts

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing engineers in offensive security or attack engineering
• 8+ years of offensive security and software engineering experience, specifically with Active Directory and internal enterprise networks
• Strong command of current Active Directory tradecraft and experience with internal attacks beyond Active Directory
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with software development workflows including Git and CI/CD
• Experience in transforming offensive findings into automated tooling or product capabilities
