Engineering Manager, Product Acquisition
Job Summary
Driving technology strategy and execution, the full-time Engineering Manager, Product Acquisition will lead a team of engineers, collaborate across departments, and ensure the alignment of product and platform technology initiatives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the product and platform technology strategy, including vision, roadmaps, and objectives
- Coach and mentor engineers while promoting best practices in software development and DevOps
- Collaborate with product managers to clarify desired outcomes and align engineering efforts with company priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in software development and portfolio strategy
- 3+ years of management experience in IT, with a focus on applications development or leading technical projects
- Proven leadership in implementing and growing a Product Operating Model (Agile/Scrum)
- Strong project management skills with experience executing multiple large projects
