Key responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team in defining technical requirements and deploying services in regulated environments
- Collaborate with the platform team to align regulated infrastructure with the commercial platform
- Establish infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD processes for secure environment provisioning and operational outcomes
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong technical depth
- 2+ years of experience in an engineering management role
- Hands-on experience deploying into regulated cloud environments
- Experience with compliance standards such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or similar
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain strong engineering talent
