Job Summary
Leading a team focused on operational processes and platforms, the full-time Engineering Manager, Reliability Engineering will own the roadmap for incident management, maintenance, and customer-serving readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance reliability and reduce manual work in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team and manage the roadmap for operational processes, ensuring effective delivery and adoption
- Set technical direction and prioritize work across engineering and operational disciplines
- Partner with infrastructure, product, and security teams to establish consistent practices for incident response and maintenance
Required qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in software engineering or related fields, including 5+ years in engineering leadership
- Knowledge of operational processes and platforms related to roadmap, delivery, and improvement
- Strong technical judgment in software architecture and platform integration
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with engineers and executive stakeholders
- Experience in developing engineers and delivering results under pressure
