Engineering Manager, Security

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager, Security will oversee the development of security products, including secure development frameworks and identity platforms, in a remote capacity while collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance the security posture of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap for security products related to secure SDLC, vulnerability management, and infrastructure security
• Drive product adoption by understanding user needs and proactively identifying security gaps
• Foster the growth of senior engineers through mentorship and support in hiring and promotion processes

Required qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience managing a software engineering team and 9+ years in software development
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in building user-centered, high-impact security products
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across multiple engineering teams
• Ability to adapt leadership style to various working situations
