Engineering Orchestrator
Job Summary
Owning the entire engineering function, the full-time remote Engineering Orchestrator will orchestrate agent pipelines, ship 2-3 major features per month, and drive business outcomes directly without traditional oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including architecture, agentic pipelines, and business metrics
- Run A/B tests and ship features that impact key performance indicators such as activation and retention
- Make independent product decisions and ensure timely delivery of major features
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping multi-agent or agentic pipelines in a production environment
- Expertise in using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools
- Proficiency in full-stack development (Next.js/React + Supabase/Postgres)
- Demonstrated ability to own business metrics beyond just coding
- Self-directed with a track record of making independent build decisions
