Engineering Programs Lead

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of engineering programs, the full-time remote Engineering Programs Lead will oversee governance, continuous improvement, and operational performance across a global portfolio while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic engineering initiatives aligned with operational objectives and client expectations
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, governance frameworks, and operational playbooks for consistent execution across regions
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying operational issues and enhancing systems, governance, and reporting mechanisms

Required qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in engineering operations, facilities management, or similar complex organizations
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale engineering programs and governance frameworks
• Strong understanding of operational risk management, change governance, and incident management processes
• Proven ability to develop performance frameworks and operational KPIs
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within complex matrixed organizations
