Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex technical projects in the print industry, the full-time Engineering Project/Process Manager will standardize and innovate printing, packaging, and prepress workflows while managing vendor relationships and ensuring effective color management, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee capital equipment and software evaluations for technical projects
• Lead planning and implementation of prepress and color management projects across multiple business units
• Establish and maintain color management specifications and oversee print process standardization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Process, Mechanical Engineering, or related Manufacturing Management field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management and technical project execution
• Experience in vendor management and capital equipment procurement
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong operational knowledge of print technologies, including flexographic and offset processes
