Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing renewable energy engineering projects for Owner & Developer clients, the full-time Engineering Project Manager will oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables while coordinating internal teams and subconsultants in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own project scopes, schedules, and budgets from kickoff through closeout while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading project meetings and presenting status updates
• Assign tasks and mentor team members to ensure collaborative and effective project execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an associate's degree with substantial relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in engineering consulting or renewable energy
• Demonstrated experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and invoicing
• Ability to independently apply standard project management procedures
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
