Engineering Recruiter
Job Summary
Supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts remotely, the contract Engineering Talent Acquisition Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top engineering talent while managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various technical and engineering positions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination and offer management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of directly related recruiting experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience recruiting for engineering disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Systems Engineering
- Strong experience supporting full-cycle recruiting activities
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Ability to recruit for multiple locations and a broad range of technical positions
