Job Summary

To drive profitable growth in the perm placement business, the remote Engineering Search Consulting Director will manage a high-performing team, develop strategic client partnerships, and ensure operational excellence while focusing on sales and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the perm team, driving productivity and profitability while developing team members through coaching and performance reviews
• Develop and execute a long-range growth strategy by understanding client needs and market trends to enhance business development efforts
• Oversee financial and operational performance, ensuring accountability through measurable KPIs and maintaining high standards of operational excellence

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 7+ years of staffing or related business experience with a proven track record in sales and business development
• Expertise in sourcing diverse talent through various platforms and building pipelines for niche roles
• Demonstrated success in business development, solution selling, and achieving financial targets
• Deep understanding of core engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering
