Job Summary
Leading a team of backend and frontend engineers, the full-time Engineering Team Lead will combine technical leadership and people management to deliver customer value while working in a hybrid environment in IL, Israel.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the engineering team by providing coaching, feedback, and support for hiring and onboarding
- Shape product solutions in collaboration with Product and Design, making technical trade-offs explicit for prioritization
- Own the delivery process from end to end, managing dependencies and adapting plans based on new information
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend background
- Experience managing an engineering team or substantial experience leading engineers and driving delivery
- Strong knowledge of software design, scalable web architecture, and distributed systems
- Experience developing and operating SaaS products on AWS or an equivalent cloud platform
- Proven ability to guide technical decisions across backend and frontend, balancing simplicity and quality
