Engineering Tools Administrator
Job Summary
Serving as the day-to-day administrator for developer tools and lab systems, the full-time remote Engineering Tools Administrator will manage GitHub, Jira, AWS infrastructure, and provide developer support while ensuring systems are reliable and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the GitHub organization, including permissions, integrations, and repository management
- Configure and maintain Jira and Confluence to align with engineering and program management needs
- Manage lab infrastructure and AWS administration, ensuring seamless access and support for engineering teams
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in IT, DevOps, or lab/systems support roles
- Hands-on experience administering GitHub and Jira/Confluence
- Working knowledge of Linux system administration (RHEL, Rocky Linux, or Ubuntu)
- Experience with routine AWS administration, including IAM, EC2, and S3
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
