Job Summary
Leading the in-house legal team, the remote England & Wales Licensed Legal Lead will manage legal operations across international markets, providing guidance on contracts, regulatory matters, and product launches while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the in-house legal team, ensuring timely and clear legal advice for the business
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advising on legal and commercial risks
- Support product development and market entry by advising on legal aspects and regulatory compliance
Required qualifications
- Qualified to practice law in England and Wales or an EU Member State
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience in an international consumer technology or travel technology business
- Experience managing a legal team or leading major cross-functional legal projects
- Strong commercial contracting experience across common-law and civil-law jurisdictions
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Russian being a plus
