Detail-oriented and fluent in English, the part-time contract English Language Specialist will evaluate AI-generated outputs, catch errors, and write precise annotations for multimodal AI systems, ensuring high-quality language judgment.
Key responsibilities
- Compare and evaluate subtle differences between AI-generated images and outputs
- Catch and document errors in image outputs or annotations
- Annotate objects, actions, and inferred intent in video content
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in editing, technical writing, translation, journalism, data annotation, or similar detail-oriented work
- Fluent, polished English writing with excellent grammar and style
- Comfortable following long and sometimes ambiguous guidelines
- Prior exposure to AI/ML annotation or evaluation work is a plus
- Enjoys deep-focus, detail-heavy problem-solving
