Enrichment Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the rollout of scalable life enrichment programs, the full-time remote Enrichment Program Manager will manage program development, create training materials, and oversee implementation while requiring 15% travel.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and scaling of Enrichment Edge programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training resources for consistent program delivery
- Own program measurement and reporting, analyzing data trends to provide actionable insights
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role managing programs and teams
- Experience in building programs from the ground up and adapting them to client needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert proficiency in Excel
- Experience with data interpretation and translating insights into operational recommendations
