Enrolled Actuary (Remote)

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Enrolled Actuary (Remote), the full-time position will manage compliance testing, government reporting, and client guidance on plan design and contributions while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret Defined Benefit / Cash Balance Plan actuarial valuations and communicate findings to clients
• Prepare PBGC filings for covered Defined Benefit Plans and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative requirements
• Provide actuarial and administration support, including benefit calculations and non-discrimination testing

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of retirement plan experience, preferably with small defined benefit plans
• Enrolled Actuary designation required
• Strong knowledge of non-discrimination testing and PBGC filing requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Relius, FT William, or similar administration systems
• Ability to perform advanced cross-testing to meet nondiscrimination requirements
