Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

Guiding teacher intern candidates through the enrollment process, the remote Enrollment Advisor will utilize sales techniques to build relationships, assist with applications, and ensure candidates understand program benefits while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with candidates via telephone, email, or live chat to assist with the application process
• Utilizes sales techniques to encourage candidates to proceed through the enrollment process
• Maintains accurate documentation and tracks candidate progress toward enrollment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or professional administrative role
• Two or more years of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented position
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
