Job Summary

Driving enrollment success in a remote environment, the full-time hourly Enrollment Advisor will engage prospective students in meaningful consultations, guiding them through the enrollment process for IT training programs, particularly in cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities:

• Inspire and close prospective students by delivering compelling presentations on the value of technical skills training
• Execute high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the enrollment funnel while meeting performance quotas
• Guide candidates through critical enrollment milestones, ensuring compliance and readiness for their academic journey

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of proven success in target-driven sales environments
• Experience maintaining high daily activity levels and managing pipeline velocity
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and video presentation tools
• Exceptional presentation and active-listening skills with a focus on candidate aspirations
