Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

Driving consultative pipeline growth, the full-time remote Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program will engage prospective students, guide them through the enrollment process, and help them transition from military service to civilian tech careers in information technology and cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and close prospective students by delivering compelling presentations on the value of technical skills training
• Execute high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the enrollment funnel while exceeding performance quotas
• Guide qualified candidates through enrollment milestones, including assessments and financial documentation

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of proven success in target-driven sales environments, such as direct sales or agency recruiting
• Experience managing high-volume activity and maintaining personal organization
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, video presentation tools, and sales performance dashboards
• Exceptional presentation and active-listening skills with the ability to align with candidate aspirations
