Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

Engaging with prospective students, the full-time remote Enrollment Advisor will identify their needs, guide them through the application process, and articulate institutional offerings while ensuring ethical advice aligned with university policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and understand prospective students' needs through outreach via phone, text, and email
• Qualify new inquiries and applicants, encouraging timely application progression through meaningful conversations
• Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry to deposit, providing accurate and ethical advice

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; graduate experience is a plus
• 1+ years of experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, or sales preferred
• Project management experience preferred but not required
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects effectively
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction
