Job Summary

Driving enrollment success for the Cyber Warrior Program, the full-time hourly Enrollment Advisor will engage prospective students in a remote setting, guiding them through the enrollment process while achieving ambitious sales targets and maintaining high-volume outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and close prospective students by delivering compelling presentations on the value of technical skills training
• Execute daily outreach activities to advance candidates through the enrollment funnel and exceed performance quotas
• Guide candidates through critical enrollment milestones, ensuring compliance and readiness for their start date

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of proven success in target-driven sales environments, such as direct sales or B2B/B2C sales
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume activity and maintain personal organization
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, video presentation tools, and sales performance metrics
• Exceptional presentation and active-listening skills with a focus on candidate aspirations
