Driving enrollment success, the full-time hourly Enrollment Advisor - Cyber Warrior will engage with prospective students remotely, guiding them through the enrollment process for high-demand careers in information technology and cybersecurity while achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and close prospective students by delivering compelling presentations that articulate the value of technical skills training
• Execute high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the enrollment funnel while meeting performance and conversion quotas
• Guide qualified candidates through critical enrollment milestones, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of proven success in target-driven sales environments
• Experience managing high-volume daily activity and maintaining personal organization
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, video presentation tools, and sales performance dashboards
• Exceptional presentation and active-listening skills with strong emotional intelligence
