Enrollment Coach

Job Summary

Supporting prospective students through their inquiry and admission phases, the full-time Enrollment Coach will utilize a consultative sales approach to facilitate the enrollment process while working remotely and maintaining high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration by addressing their needs and objections
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records of prospective students in the CRM and provide feedback to the enrollment team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to work autonomously and meet enrollment targets
• Familiarity with consultative sales techniques
