Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary

To support student enrollment growth across the academy network, the full-time remote Enrollment Counselor will guide prospective students and their guardians through the enrollment process, utilizing a consultative approach to address barriers and ensure successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students and families through inbound and outbound outreach, managing the full enrollment funnel
• Proactively follow up with prospective students to maintain momentum and address barriers to enrollment
• Represent the organization with professionalism, promoting the value of the mission and supporting broader enrollment team objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred
• 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, call centers, or similar enrollment roles
• Experience with CRM or telemarketing software preferred
• Must pass state and federal background checks
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
