Job Summary

As a full-time Enrollment Eligibility Representative working remotely, the candidate will conduct medical benefit reviews, assist members facing financial hardships, and communicate with healthcare providers and patients through calls.

Key responsibilities

• Research benefits, eligibility, site of care, and financial assistance using various systems
• Engage with doctor's offices, insurance plans, and patients through inbound and outbound calls
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and respond to inquiries effectively

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of pharmacy healthcare experience
• 1+ year of medical billing or financial assistance experience
• 1+ years of telephonic or in-person customer service experience
