Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

Driving enrollment strategies and processes, the full-time remote Enrollment Manager will oversee the enrollment team, generate leads, and cultivate relationships with stakeholders to ensure a seamless enrollment experience for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the enrollment team to provide high-quality service to self-directing individuals and referring entities
• Generates leads and conducts presentations to drive enrollments and achieve company growth goals
• Ensures effective communication regarding enrollment status and manages training for new participants on relevant tools and processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 3 years of related experience in enrollment or operations
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Excel
• Experience in managing complex projects and building effective teams
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and build relationships with diverse individuals
