Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of new referrals and enrollment processes, the full-time remote Enrollment Manager will oversee the enrollment team, cultivate relationships with stakeholders, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the enrollment team to provide high-quality service to self-directing individuals and referring entities
• Generates leads and conducts presentations to drive enrollments and achieve company growth goals
• Ensures effective communication regarding enrollment status and provides training on GT tools to new participants

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 3 years of related experience in enrollment or operations
• Extensive experience managing complex projects with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Excel
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with diverse individuals
