Enrollment Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Enrollment team, the full-time remote Enrollment Operations Manager will ensure operational efficiency, manage staff performance, and oversee enrollment processes while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality and efficiency of enrollment outputs and manage staff to ensure timely completion of service items
• Manage enrollment technology processes and handle enrollment audit engagements, implementing corrective action plans as needed
• Gather and analyze departmental performance data to recommend process improvements and actively participate in product development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Three (3) years of leadership/management experience
• Three (3) years of enrollment/reconciliation/call center experience
• Strong understanding of health plan enrollment processes and regulatory compliance
• Expert proficiency in Facets subscriber and member setup preferred
