Job Summary

Detail-oriented professionals will find a full-time Enrollment Operations Specialist opportunity focused on processing insurance enrollment activity and resolving issues in a remote environment during the Open Enrollment period.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process consumer enrollment, termination, and cancellation requests
• Identify and resolve enrollment errors and discrepancies while maintaining accurate records
• Contact consumers for additional information and escalate complex issues with clear documentation

Required qualifications

• Experience managing detailed, process-driven work with a focus on accuracy and timely execution
• Experience following established processes and handling sensitive or confidential information
• Experience maintaining accurate records and documenting actions in business systems
• Experience communicating directly with consumers and coordinating with internal teams
• Experience working independently in a high-volume environment with changing priorities
