Enrollment Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To support enrollment processes, the full-time Enrollment Quality Specialist will manage complex enrollment, eligibility, and billing changes while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and apply enrollment rules and guidelines, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Conduct performance audits to ensure transaction accuracy and recommend process improvements
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to enrollment and billing systems

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years of accounting, finance, or enrollment processing experience
• Associate's degree in accounting (preferred)
• Previous customer service experience (preferred)
• Health or insurance industry experience (preferred)
